Fergus Murray

Ferg first got into guitar playing after hearing a song call 'Statesboro Blues' by the legendary Taj Mahal.

After that he was completley hooked on the blues and rock & roll. He spent most of his youth playing pubs in and around West Yorkshire in a band called the Roadhose Blues Band who built up a very good following.

Roadhouse even had the honour of playing at the famed Duchess of York in Leeds on numerous occasions where some of the UK's great bands started (OASIS, Dire Straits).

Ferg is a founding member of The Aligators along with Paul and Pete.

Still playing live music with a blues foundation after all these years is a privilidge!
